These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jeybaji platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Account Security
Your jeybaji account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
Payment Rules

Bonus Wagering

Prohibited Activities

General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jeybaji ("jeybaji", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing jeybaji.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy , each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
jeybaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. These Terms apply to all products and services offered through jeybaji.net, including but not limited to: live dealer casino games, sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), slot games, crash games, virtual sports, and any promotional or loyalty programme operated by jeybaji.
These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all circumstances. Any translation provided for convenience carries no legal weight and shall not be relied upon to interpret or override the English text.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an account with jeybaji, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period of your account's active status.
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jeybaji or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners — nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
- You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently banned, or had an account closed by jeybaji for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.
- You are acting on your own behalf and are not opening or operating an account on behalf of any third party.
jeybaji conducts age and identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other accepted identification document before a withdrawal can be processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by jeybaji may result in account suspension.
jeybaji uses commercially reasonable technical measures to prevent underage access, including date-of-birth collection at registration and document-based identity verification. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites.

Account Registration & Verification
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jeybaji. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending bonuses or withdrawals connected to those accounts.
Registration Requirements
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, your date of birth, your mobile number (for bKash or Nagad payment verification), and a secure password of your choosing.
You agree to promptly update your account information if any of the above details change. jeybaji is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of outdated account information preventing successful payment processing or account recovery.
KYC Verification
jeybaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with industry best practices for responsible gaming platforms. Before processing your first withdrawal, jeybaji will request one or more of the following documents:
- Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence showing your name, photograph, and date of birth.
- Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document issued within the past three months showing your full name and residential address in Bangladesh.
- Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used to make deposits, demonstrating that the payment method is registered in your name.
jeybaji reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purposes of fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, or responsible gaming due diligence. Accounts that cannot be fully verified within the time period specified by jeybaji's compliance team may be suspended or closed, with returnable funds sent back to the originating payment method where possible.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeybaji login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. jeybaji will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jeybaji immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken.

Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jeybaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeybaji does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. Third-party payment providers such as bKash and Nagad may apply their own transaction charges; players are responsible for checking the applicable fee schedule with their chosen payment provider.
Accepted Deposit Methods
jeybaji currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
Deposits are credited to your jeybaji wallet upon confirmed receipt by our payment processing system. Under normal circumstances, bKash and Nagad deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh Standard Time business day to reflect in your account balance.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed the same business day, subject to completion of KYC verification and the fulfilment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Maximum single withdrawal: subject to your account tier and VIP status

- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically credited within 2–4 hours of processing

Funds deposited on jeybaji may only be used for the purpose of placing genuine wagers on the games and sports markets available on the Platform. Depositing funds for the purpose of immediate withdrawal without meaningful wagering activity — commonly known as "money cycling" — is prohibited and may result in account closure and fund seizure.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotion Terms
jeybaji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
General Bonus Conditions
- Each bonus offer is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account suspension.
- Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window stated in the offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your jeybaji wallet. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the offer terms specify otherwise.
- jeybaji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted and are actively wagering an offer will be given a reasonable period to complete existing wagering requirements.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds — and in some cases winnings generated from bonus funds — are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each offer is stated clearly within the offer's specific terms (for example, "30x wagering requirement" means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in eligible games before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted).
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting markets, and certain jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 20% of stakes placed). Bonus Abuse
jeybaji employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Activities considered bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing low-risk "hedge" bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, exploiting mathematical inconsistencies in offer terms, using automated betting software, or coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on jeybaji, you agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. You further agree that at no point during your use of the Platform will you engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC verification, impersonating another person, or using a payment method that does not belong to you.
- Money Laundering: Using the jeybaji platform to process, transfer, or disguise the proceeds of any criminal activity.
- Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated in-play betting.
- Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with jeybaji games or the betting platform in place of genuine human play.
- Exploitation of Technical Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, mis-priced odds, or technical malfunctions to generate profits. jeybaji reserves the right to void any wager placed under such circumstances.
- Harassment: Engaging in threatening, abusive, or offensive communication directed at jeybaji staff or other users of the Platform.
- Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access another player's account, the jeybaji back-end systems, or any restricted areas of the Platform without authorisation.
jeybaji reserves all rights to take immediate action — including but not limited to account suspension, permanent closure, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities — upon detection of any of the above prohibited activities.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
jeybaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- A player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.
- Detection of a duplicate account held by the same individual.
- Court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request the closure of their jeybaji account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, jeybaji will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to the player's registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within two Bangladesh Standard Time business days.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request immediate account suspension with a defined cool-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are treated with the highest priority and take effect within one hour of confirmation by the jeybaji support team. During a self-exclusion period, jeybaji will make reasonable efforts to prevent the creation of new accounts by the same individual.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeybaji and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, game providers, and payment partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or interruption of service.
jeybaji makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities. While jeybaji employs industry-standard SSL encryption and takes commercially reasonable steps to maintain platform security, no online system can guarantee absolute security, and jeybaji shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
All casino games offered on jeybaji use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. jeybaji is not responsible for the outcome of any individual game session. Gambling involves risk and players accept that they may lose the funds they wager.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of jeybaji to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeybaji with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
